SENIOR NON-EMERGENCY MEDICAL TRANSPORTATION

Our "Social Workers Behind the Wheel" always reponse to our Seniors' needs. The service provide not only pick-up/drop-off but also curb-to-curb and door-to-door.

Our "Social Workers" always ensure that our passengers are in the care of other site-responsible staffer or in their house before leaving.

Eligibility Information
If you are:

• 60 years of age or older
• NOT eligible for OCTA ACCESS
  (except "Waiver")
