JOB ACCESS REVERSE COMMUTE (JARC)
Newly-arrived refugees often have difficulties in integration into a new developed society and face many obstacles. And their most arising need and obstacle is getting here and there in the first few months while getting ready for their driver license, owning their transportation, and having employment .Acknowledging the fact and easing the new comers' anxiety, our Center offers Job Access Reverse Commute - also known as Refugee Employment Transportation Services.
Along with transportation services to VESL classes, Employment Preparation Workshops, Job Interviews and Job Fair, a newly-arrived or low-income individual can also benefit and participate in our monthly Mobility Training on Bus Routes, and transportation to workplace with a fee of $2 per trip.Eligibility Information
